Shipping Policy

At ROMOCH, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

FAQs on Shipping

Does Romoch.com deliver internationally?
Yes, Romoch.com does delivers products worldwide. The facility to place international orders is not setup on the website yet. If you wish to place an order, you need to mail us at reachus@romoch.com and we shall assist you with the same.

How much are the delivery charges?
Romoch.com.com provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 999/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges.  COD Charges would be additional. These charges are applicable for parcels within India, International shipping charges have different rates. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery time varies between 4 to 12 working days. Tracking information will be sent once items are shipped. For made to order items, processing time is 6 to 7 days and delivery time is 10 to 12 working days.

How will the delivery be done?

We use reputed logistics company for the shipment of orders.,. In case the shipping address is not under the serviceable area by them, we shall arrange to send packages via Indian Post 

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay!

How do I track my shipment?

Shipment details will be sent via mail to the registered email address on our website. Please add "orders@romoch.com" to your email safe list to avoid the mails go to Spam folder of your Inbox.  This shipping email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. 

What pincodes do you ship to?

We ship to all pin codes in India and worldwide. Romoch.com has Cash On Delivery option available on selected number of pin codes, to check the availability of COD service on your pin code, click on the link below.

Is there anything I need to take care of as a Customer?

Yes, we would request you to be alert about the estimated delivery date for your order and inform us if the order does not reach you. If you think that courier company has wrongly updated the order as delivered or has not delivered the order, please let us know within 2 days of your expected date of delivery. We will liaise with our courier company to provide you the proof of delivery. 

Cancellation / Refund / Return Policy

How do I cancel an order on Romoch.com?

Currently, we do not have an automated way to cancel an order. Should you wish to cancel your order, drop us an email at reachus@romoch.com with order details and reason for cancellation with 24 hours of placing the order. In case the payment was made already for the order, we will agree for you to order another item from our website or refund the amount. In case of refund, it will be processed within 5 working days.

In what scenario would a refund be required?

A refund may be required if we are unable to fulfil your complete order. We follow a QA check process for all the items ordered during the packaging process. If an item ordered is found to be damaged during the packaging process then we would inform you regarding the same and issue a full / partial refund depending on the situation. In case of COD, we shall update the order and inform you regarding the same via email.

What if the product delivered is not same as the ordered product?

We take great care during our packaging to ensure only the ordered items are delivered to our customers. If in case you receive a product different from what you ordered, drop us a mail on reachus@romoch.com and we will assist you with same.

What if the item I ordered does not suit me, can I exchange / return the product?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept an exchange / return in this scenario. We have tried our best to upload real pictures and mention size of the items to ensure you get the same piece like what you see on our website. 

Does Romoch.com allow exchange / return of products?

If you have received the parcel with packaging tampered before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person, we request you to inform us about the same on reachus@romoch.com. 

If there are any major issues and the product has got seriously damaged in transit, we request you to drop us a mail on reachus@romoch.com with proof (picture of the damaged product along with the order details) within 48 hours of receiving the product. We shall look into the issue and address your concern accordingly.

An exchange is possible if the ordered item is not delivered to customer due to unavailabilty of stock / damaged in transit.

In case of a return, will a return pickup be arranged?

If the product was received incorrectly or in damaged condition, a return pickup will be arranged by our team within 2 working days on confirming a return request. Customer needs to follow the steps to initiate a return mentioned above. Kindly keep the product in the original packing and our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your address.
